One week prior to the Tournament, please update your Tournament Roster in GotSoccer:

  1. Make sure that all players (including guest players) and coaches are listed on your Tournament Roster
  2. Make sure that player/coach ID numbers are listed on your Tournament Roster
  3. Make sure that player jersey numbers are included for all players on your Tournament Roster

To add guest players to your roster, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Log in to the team account in GotSoccer
  2. From the Home menu, select Roster (not Roster for a particular event)
  3. Select the Highlands Cup tournament in the View by Event drop-down menu
  4. Select the roster that you want to start with for the tournament roster and press Generate Roster
  5. Once roster is visible, release players that will not be playing using the Release button at the end of their entry
  6. If you want to add a guest player, click on Add Guest Player at the bottom of the page
  7. Enter the last name, first name, and ID # of the player. You may also need to change the age group selected if they are playing up from a different age group
  8. Press Search
  9. Select correct player
  10. Press Add from the Full Team Player List (roster at the bottom of the list)
  11. Note that any secondary carded players on your roster MUST be added as guest players or they will not appear on your roster
  12. Make sure that all players have jersey numbers entered, you can do this on this page or on the individual player’s pages

In Person Initial Registration

Initial Registration will take place on _________________ at the __________________________or no later than 90 minutes prior to your first game at the headquarters tent at your game field location on Saturday. Please send an email to if you are planning to come to Saturday registration.

At Initial Registration you will need to bring:

  1. Copy of state-approved roster which we will keep
  2. Copy of tournament roster with all players, coaches, ID numbers, and jersey numbers listed
  3. Permission to travel if your state organization requires it – please check with your state
  4. Player and Coach Cards – No Card, No Play will be strictly enforced
  5. Medical Forms – Appropriate forms for your rostering organization
  6. Emergency Contact Form (available here or at the initial registration desk
  7. Completed Guest Players form. Click here for the official form.

Please put all paperwork in roster order – this will speed up the registration process
